We start with a pre-engineering meeting, where we coordinate with the project architects and come to a suitable floor plan that fulfills your needs and provides a compatible structural configuration.
As design professional experts, we deliver a safe, cost-effective, code-compliant project to each of our clients within their budget.
In the structural design stage, we come to a cost-effective structural member design with the corresponding structural calculations, drawings, and construction documents.
This includes vertical and lateral structural systems and the details and connections that occur during the construction.
From beginning to end, we take care of you and your project throughout the entire process.
We use this time to ensure that city plan-check comments are addressed and that your project design complies with current building codes, ordinance, and ultimately gets approval by the city engineer.
In the final construction stage, we provide structural observation services to check the building foundation, roof framing layout, and when necessary, the floor framing layout for multi-story buildings.
The hardwares and materials used on site we use comply with the specifications stated on the construction documents.
